Websmith ATP is a Malaysian based company resulting from a merger of Websmith and ATP in 2007. Tan Yin See and Teh How Kiat formed Websmith in Penang Malaysia in 2005, developed online marketing material and industry software to clients throughout Asia and Europe. The company mainly dealt with both on and offline purchasing and management software companies that were looking forward to managing and develop their private and fully secured back-end administrative (PCMS) systems.
Tommy Lee formed ATP in Penang Malaysia in 2001 that mainly target retail management industry with DOS based POS and retail management system in the very beginning. By the growth of web base and management opportunities were quickly expanding in 2005, Tommy Lee realized that it's about the time to make total changes on his core system structure.
Merger of Websmith ATP brings the traditional retail management system to the next forward level which user able to make business automates, remote, manage and save cost at the same time.
